How do I make a payment for my photography session?

We offer several payment options for your convenience. You can pay online at the checkout using Debit/Credit Card via PayPal, or through Bank Transfer. Please note that Bank Transfer may take up to 4 days for processing.

How do I reschedule my photography session if I need to?

We want to make sure that scheduling your appointment is as flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled date. Simply log into your Client Area and select a new date and time that works for you

What is the cancellation policy for photography sessions booked online?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled. You can easily cancel your appointment free of charge by logging into your Client Area and cancelling your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.

I missed my appointment, what should I do?

We kindly ask that you attend your scheduled appointment to ensure that our photographers can provide you with the best possible service. If you are unable to attend, please make sure to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. In the event that you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee will be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with the photographer’s time and the time slot that was reserved for you. Please note that if you do not reschedule your appointment after a “No Show,” the fee paid for the original time slot is non-refundable, as outlined in our terms and conditions. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to work with you to find a solution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that all of our customers receive the best possible photography experience.

Session is over, what now?

We want you to enjoy your photos as soon as possible! After your session is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your photos. Please note that the delivery time of your photos will vary depending on the package that you have selected.
